Today, on the 12th anniversary of the establishment of the Special Investigation Service, the Prime Minister awarded medals to the service personnel. During the event, Pashinyan admonished his advisor, Jemma Hakobyan, for a misstatement made during her announcement of the medal recipients. Hakobyan, while announcing who was awarded which medal, stumbled over her words.

"For her contribution to the strengthening of the rule of law and legality, the Mikhtar Gosh medal has been awarded by the Prime Minister's recommendation," she stated. At that moment, Nikol Pashinyan approached the advisor and whispered something in her ear.

"I accept the Prime Minister's admonition, because after the recommendation, there is certainly a decree from the President. Therefore, the awarding takes place by the Prime Minister's recommendation and the President's decree," said Jemma Hakobyan.
