It Would Be Surprising If Turkey Did Not Have Attack Plans: Ara Papyan
The head of the "Modus Vivendi" research center, political scientist Ara Papyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "It would be surprising if Turkey did not have such plans. This is an elementary requirement of military science. It would be strange if we did not have such plans regarding Turkey.
All countries develop military confrontation plans with their neighbors, and this has nothing to do with real politics. According to NATO standards, the General Staff has two levels of planning: generic planning and contingency planning. The latter mostly pertains to neighboring countries, even if they are allied states."
