Miss Belarus 2018 Maria Vasilevich Denies Romance with Lukashenko

The youngest member of the Belarusian Parliament, Miss Belarus 2018 Maria Vasilevich, has accused the British newspaper The Times of spreading false information on her Instagram page. She denied rumors about a romantic relationship with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

"I am an advocate for freedom of speech, but please take responsibility for your words, especially if you are a journalist at one of the leading publications," she wrote.
