«Hraparak». Pashinyan is paving asphalt, and his nephew is paving asphalt

The love of the Pashinyans for asphalt is perhaps genetic. Prime Minister Pashinyan regularly issues threats to pave certain people on the asphalt, while MP Pashinyan, the Prime Minister's nephew, is paving asphalt himself.

Recently, a photo has surfaced online showing Sipan Pashinyan operating an asphalt paving machine, known as a 'katok', in his hometown of Ijevan. Meanwhile, Ijevan, the Pashinyans' ancestral home, has been undergoing extensive construction work for some time now. The city is being illuminated, streets are being paved with asphalt, and not only Sipan Pashinyan but also the acting mayor, Haik Ghalumyan—who is Pashinyan's godfather—are personally involved in these processes.

The authorities hope that this way they can win the hearts of the Ijevan residents, restore the trust that was lost during the forest war, and emerge honorably from the municipal elections expected in the spring.
