Urgent: Explosive Device Found at Yerevan School

On November 22, at 14:21, the emergency service received a report that an explosive device had been planted at secondary school No. 156 in Yerevan. This information was provided by the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A unit from the fire and rescue department of the Yerevan emergency management agency, an engineering and rescue team from the civil defense department, and an operational group from the national crisis management center have been dispatched to the site. Additionally, a junior instructor from the psychological support division is also on-site to provide counseling.

It has been reported that before the arrival of the rescuers, 207 students and 35 teachers were evacuated from the school.
