New Wing of Charentsavan City Polyclinic Handed Over to Citizens
The new wing of the Charentsavan City Polyclinic has been officially handed over to the citizens. The opening ceremony was attended by Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, Kotayk Regional Governor Romanos Petrosyan, administrative leaders, and guests.
In his speech, the Kotayk Regional Governor noted that the long-abandoned wing of the Charentsavan Medical Center has been completely renovated after around 15 years. The renovation of the three-story building, its full furnishing, heating, and interior decorations were carried out using savings from the regional budget for this healthcare center in 2018-2019.
Congratulating the residents of Charentsavan on this occasion, Arsen Torosyan emphasized that healthcare policy is implemented solely in the interest of the people. “The residents of Charentsavan will no longer have to travel to Yerevan for medical services. Healthcare, being one of our government’s key priorities, is developing not step by step, but in leaps. Of course, we need to accelerate the pace, but the changes recorded in the past one and a half years should at least be positively assessed,” said Arsen Torosyan.
