Mikhail Khachaturyan Repeatedly Sought Assistance from Russian Deputy Prosecutor General: Details
The father of the slain sisters, Mikhail Khachaturyan, has repeatedly appealed to the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, as well as the prosecutor of the North-Eastern Administrative District, requesting assistance in evading punishment for several of his crimes. Correspondence between the high-ranking officials of the oversight body has come to the attention of the media.
Interestingly, the discussions with Khachaturyan were conducted by the late Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Sahak Karapetyan, who passed away last year. Khachaturyan reached out to him with various requests.
Following that, Mikhail maintained contact with Henri Rizaev, the prosecutor of the North-Eastern Administrative District. Simultaneously, in their correspondence, they addressed each other as 'brother,' exchanging congratulations and gifts. However, Khachaturyan did not forget his broader requests.
'Good morning, I am at the Altufevskiy commission today regarding the children, what should I do?' Khachaturyan wrote.
Shortly thereafter, Khachaturyan began to exert pressure on Rizaev, who tried in every way to avoid conversations with the girls’ father, but fearing for his leadership, he assisted him.
They managed to help Khachaturyan not only regarding the girls but also in maintaining his driving license despite a number of violations.
