Georg Derdzyan on the Child Injured in Gegharkunik Accident

Georg Derdzyan, the press secretary of the Saint Astvatsamayr Medical Center, has announced on his Facebook page: "On November 20, a fatal traffic accident occurred in the village of Lichq, Gegharkunik region.  An elderly woman died at the scene, while an 11-year-old child was transferred to Yerevan's Saint Astvatsamayr Medical Center. The child has multiple severe injuries including fractures of the facial bones, ribs, and pelvis, as well as injuries to the lungs and abdomen. The boy's condition is critical and he is in the intensive care unit under close medical supervision."
