The Issue Raised by Artjom Karapetyan is Very Concerning: Hrachya Hakobyan

Member of the National Assembly Hrachya Hakobyan announced on his Facebook page that he met today with the acting head of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Sarkisyan. The meeting was prompted by the video shared yesterday by actor Artjom Karapetyan.

“The issue raised by Artjom Karapetyan is indeed very concerning. We had a lengthy discussion with the acting police chief on this matter and, more broadly, on the protection of citizens of the Republic of Armenia and the work being done in the police force,” Hakobyan noted. “I also met with the acting head of the Transportation Department of the Yerevan Municipality, Edgar Galstyan, with whom we discussed all issues related to public transport and possible solutions.”

It is worth recalling that actor Artjom Karapetyan was attacked in Yerevan. Yesterday, the actor posted a video on his Facebook page, stating that he was assaulted by a driver of a Gazelle, who took out various tools and a knife from the vehicle and threatened him.
