Fake Fortune Teller Demands and Receives $3,800 to Open 'Paper and Writing' for Family

A citizen reported to the Malatya police that from 2016 until July of this year, a 54-year-old woman named Mariam H. from the Ararat region demanded large sums in US dollars from 55-year-old Hasmik H., a resident of the Malatya-Sebastia administrative district, claiming it was necessary to "open the paper and writing" that affected her family. Through deception and the abuse of trust, she managed to obtain this money.
