Accident on Isakov Avenue: Injured Child Taken to Hospital
On November 12, at 22:31, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received an alert through the "911" service regarding a car accident near the U.S. Embassy on Isakov Avenue in Yerevan. Several vehicles were involved and assistance from rescuers was required.
Two fire-rescue teams from the Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene. It was found that the vehicles involved included an "Opel Astra F" (driver: Abraham G., born in 1997), a "Mercedes C180" (driver: Erik B., born in 1994), a "Toyota Corolla" (driver: Mnatsakan H., born in 1979), and an "Opel Astra G" (driver: Erik U., born in 1998).
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger of the "Toyota Corolla" (a child) was hospitalized (location and details could not be clarified). The rescuers disconnected the power supply of the vehicles.
