21-Year-Old Abducted Girl Found

On November 12, at 13:10, a resident of Charentsavan reported that his 21-year-old sister had been abducted and taken in an unknown direction in the morning.

Thanks to the efforts of Charentsavan police, the sister was found at a house in the village of Alapars at 8 PM that evening. She stated that a local acquaintance from Charentsavan had abducted her with a friend and taken her to the specified house against her will.

Following further investigations, the identities of the acquaintance and his friend were established. Both have been arrested and taken to a detention facility. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident.
