Man Blown Up by Anti-Personnel Mine While Riding Horse in Artsakh
On November 9 at 17:45, the municipal administration of Stepanakert reported to the Artsakh Police's Askeran regional department that on the same day at 16:20, a resident of the Askeran region, A. O., born in 1970, was transported to the Republic Medical Center with multiple shrapnel injuries to his left shin and shrapnel injuries to the area of his right ankle joint.
Police services have established that A. O. received these injuries around 15:00 the same day in the area known as "Karaglukh" in the administrative territory of Kharamort village, as a result of an explosion from an anti-personnel mine while riding his horse.
The investigation is being conducted by the Askeran regional department of the Artsakh Police.
