Video: Two Armenians Killed in Syria - New Details

A horrific crime has stunned the Armenian community in Syria today. According to information from 'Arevalk', terrorists have murdered Father Hovsep Petoyan, the priest of the Armenian Catholic community in Qamishli, and his father, Abraham Petoyan.

They were killed in Deir ez-Zor while traveling in their own vehicle to assist several Armenian families living there and to inquire about community life. In the gunfire, the father of the Armenian Catholic community leader died on the spot, and moments later, Father Hovsep Petoyan succumbed to his injuries. Additionally, Fathi Sano, a deacon from the Hasiche Church, was injured in the shooting.
