Service Examination to Be Held: Nikol Pashinyan Signs New Decision

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to initiate a service examination. The decision specifies:
“Based on points 4 and 5 of part 1 of Article 19 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Article 22 of the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia, part 2 of Article 215, as well as Articles 220 and 226 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, the decision N 814-N of the Government of Armenia dated July 19, 2018, and points 121-124 of the annex to the decision N 667-L of the Government of Armenia dated June 8, 2018:
- To designate a service examination in connection with the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the task specified in point 2 of the 10th question of the protocol N KА/175-2019 of the Financial-Economic Ministerial Committee of this year dated October 21.
- To clarify the circumstances, reasons, and consequences of the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the task mentioned in point 1 of this decision, as well as the responsibilities of the individuals responsible for fulfilling the task on time and the degree of their guilt.
- To create a working group composed of the following members for the purpose of conducting and managing the service examination:
- Sargis Torosyan—Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.
- Lusine Aleksanyan—Acting Head of the Prime Minister's Staff Human Resources and Personnel Management Department.
- Vahan Papikyan—Acting Manager of Affairs of the Prime Minister's Staff.
- Hamazasp Torosyan—Acting Head of the Legal Department of the Prime Minister's Staff.
