Lavrov Literally Said That Kocharyan Left Artsakh Out of Negotiations, Political Scientist
Political scientist Edgar Arakelyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Our Armenian Lavrov has changed beyond recognition. Do you know what he said? At a press conference with Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Sergey Lavrov literally stated that one of Armenia's former presidents (referring to Robert Kocharyan) decided that Armenia would represent Artsakh in negotiations, thus definitively confirming the fact that it was Kocharyan who excluded Artsakh from the negotiations.
And, most importantly, he answered those people who shout from morning until night that the RA authorities are surrendering Artsakh. Lavrov clearly and without any subtext announced, '...Armenia will not sign any document regarding the resolution of the Artsakh conflict without the consent of Artsakh...' The question is closed.”
