VIDEO: Diplomatic Service Should Assist Our Country, Says Pashinyan
It is sometimes necessary to clarify what demands Armenia places on its diplomatic service and diplomats. This was stated today by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to him, all state structures, including city and village administrations, are currently engaged in diplomacy. He noted that there are new conditions and a new mission for the diplomatic community.
"My belief is that the diplomatic service should assist our country, our state, our people, so that the world understands us better and we understand the world better," said Pashinyan.
According to the Prime Minister, this will determine how effectively Armenia will align itself with international processes when those processes are in line with Armenia's state interests.
