Men Disassemble and Steal Pipes in Shirak Using a Tractor

On November 7, the community police of Ashotzk received information that pipes had been disassembled and stolen from the administrative territory of Ghazanchi village in Shirak Province.

The police reported to NEWS.am that thanks to the measures taken, on the same day at 16:10, two men aged 62 and 40 from the same village were detained on suspicion of theft in an area known as "Kyalmarsar Field." They were found with a tractor driven by the younger man, which had five meters of zinc pipes measuring 270 mm in diameter loaded on its trailer.

The elderly man stated that he intended to use the pipes for the renovation of the sewage system at his house.

A forensic examination has been scheduled, and materials are being prepared.
