Fire in Backyard Burns About 3000 Animal Feeds, Rescue Teams on Site

On November 8, at 10:30 AM, the "911" service received a report that animal feed was burning on 2nd Street in the village of Arpen, Shirak Province.

Three firefighting units from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had ignited in the backyard of a house on 2nd Street in Arpen.

The fire was contained by 11:48 AM and extinguished by 6:45 PM.

Approximately 3000 animal feeds were burned.

15 local residents participated in the firefighting efforts, along with 5 rescuers on duty, who were assisted by 3 special vehicles provided by the residents.
