Several Individuals Detained Following Gun Incident in Yerevan

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, several citizens were detained by the police on November 6 in the Erebuni district. The individuals apprehended were residents of Yerevan: 27-year-old Vardkes Julhakyan, 28-year-old Vrej Tzatouryan, and 26-year-old Sargis Harutyunyan.

During a personal search at the police station, a "Walther P38" type gas pistol was discovered on S. Harutyunyan. Police established that on November 2, around 8:00 PM, V. Julhakyan had an argument with 28-year-old Levon Bazinyan over a financial matter near 20 Khachik Dashtentsi Street, during which it was reported that a weapon was used.

The police are investigating whether shots were fired at that time, and it was noted that S. Harutyunyan had valid permits for the weapon in his possession during the arrest.

According to G. Shamshyan’s information, the detained individuals are employed at the "Railway Transport" LLC, with V. Julhakyan working as a shift manager, V. Tzatouryan as a security staff member, and S. Harutyunyan as a driver.
