Ashy Substances Found in Syringes: Police Disclosure

The criminal investigators of the Mashtots police department, acting on received operational data, detained two young men aged 25 and 21 on the night of November 7, along Hsratzyan street, with the assistance of juvenile affairs officers.

During a personal search, syringes filled with ashy substances and a greenish substance resembling marijuana were discovered. These items were packaged and sent to the police forensic department. Toxicological and chemical tests have been ordered. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
