A Memorial to the Victims of March 1 will be Erected in Yerevan
A memorial dedicated to the victims of March 1 will be erected in Yerevan. To obtain the necessary documentation for the design, the government allocated 2 million drams from the state budget to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
The project envisions placing the memorial on Grigor Lusavorich Street and the adjacent park area.
