Flights from Yerevan to Rostov-on-Don and in the opposite direction postponed indefinitely

Eight flights have been postponed from Rostov-on-Don's Platov Airport due to dense fog. This was reported by a representative of the airport to RIA Novosti.

"Starting from 7:25, flights have been delayed due to dense fog," said the source. He clarified that four flights from Moscow, Yerevan, and Nizhnekamsk have been postponed.

"Four flights to Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, and Yerevan are being delayed. Of them, two are currently preparing for takeoff," said the airport representative. He added that the fog is still persisting.

Earlier, the civil defense and emergency situations department of Rostov-on-Don warned that dense fog will persist on November 6 and urged caution. According to meteorologists, the fog may arise due to temperature fluctuations.
