Stepantsminda-Lars Road Closed for Trucks

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as of 08:00 on November 4, all roads in the territory of Armenia are passable. However, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for passenger vehicles and buses but closed for trucks, as reported by the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

Additionally, information from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations indicates that there are 250 vehicles accumulated on the Russian side of the border.

Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.
