VIDEO: Man Stabs 6-Year-Old Boy to Death in Russia

The Investigative Committee of Russia has released a video involving the suspect in the murder of a 6-year-old child in Naryan-Mar. It is reported that the suspect was registered as a chronic alcoholic in local narcological dispensaries.

On October 31, around noon, a 36-year-old man inflicted fatal wounds on the boy with a knife. Local authorities have confirmed that there were monitors present at the kindergarten.
