The Municipality Has Work to Do, Otherwise Dogs Will Attack People - Marukyan

The leader of the 'Bright Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, wrote on his Facebook page: 'A pack has attacked three mouflons kept in the park (2 males, 1 female). An incident of animal casualties has been recorded. The dogs have not been captured.

The municipality has serious work to do regarding this issue. Otherwise, the dogs will attack people, and according to our Constitution, a human being is the highest value, not a dog.'
