Kardashian Expects Recognition of Armenian Genocide from US House of Representatives

Global celebrity Kim Kardashian has called on Armenian Americans to demand the recognition of the Armenian Genocide from the US House of Representatives. Kardashian made this statement on her Facebook page.

“Today, a resolution (H. RES. 296) recognizing the Armenian Genocide will be put to a vote in the US House of Representatives. This is a personal issue for me and millions of Armenians who are descendants of genocide survivors. Urge Congress and tell them that it’s time to act,” Kardashian wrote.

The rules committee of the US House of Representatives has approved the resolution recognizing the Armenian Genocide and sent it for discussion and voting in the House. The resolution is set to be voted on October 29, 2019, in the US Congress.
