30-Year-Old Woman Killed Was Pregnant: New Details from Shocking Incident
In the Ararat region, a 30-year-old woman who was brutally murdered in May of that year was found to be 25-26 weeks pregnant. According to the indictment conclusion, Hakob O. killed the pregnant woman on the night of May 8, 2019, with whom he had been in a close relationship for 5 years.
According to the charges, in an area behind the cemetery in the city of Masis, the man argued with the woman over issues of dishonesty and her intimate relations with other people, including his friends. Afterward, being fully aware that the woman was pregnant, he forcibly pulled her out of the car and for about an hour inflicted intentional blows with his hands and feet, and subsequently also struck her with a rubber tube, a wooden stick, and a car wheel key, causing injuries incompatible with life, in other words, he intentionally killed her.
The minor has been charged under Article 104, Part 2, Clause 4 of the Criminal Code (murder of a clearly pregnant woman), and he has been taken into custody as a preventive measure. Incidentally, Hakob O. has been previously convicted.
