During the investigation, it was revealed that on the same day, around 15:00, the 23-year-old youth had been loudly cursing while on the phone in his apartment on Abovyan Street, which was audible to the residents of the neighboring buildings. Several investigative actions have been carried out during the investigation, including seizures, searches, and questioning of witnesses. A forensic medical examination has been assigned to clarify significant circumstances related to the criminal case.
