Attack on Armenian School in France
An attack has been carried out against the Samuel Mouradyan Armenian school in the northern part of Paris. This information was shared by the Ambassador of Armenia to France, Hasmik Tolmajian, on her Twitter account. The ambassador condemned the act of vandalism.
“We are seriously concerned about the repeated acts of vandalism against the Samuel Mouradyan Armenian school in Sevres. Such actions must not go unpunished,” she wrote.
It is noteworthy that the first attack on the school occurred in January 2019.
On October 20, the Armenian Embassy in France reported an attack on the office of the French-language publication Nouvelles d'Arménie. “The Embassy of Armenia in France firmly condemns the attack on the office of Nouvelles d'Arménie. This is a serious violation of freedom of speech and republican values,” the statement, posted on Ambassador Hasmik Tolmajian’s Twitter, said.
According to the publication, the attack occurred on Sunday night. It was noted that the editorial office's door was broken, and a camera and three computers containing confidential information were stolen.
