Only My Father Can Call Me to Sober Up: Tunyan to Marukyan

The state budget is not made of rubber. With this assertion, Babken Tunyan, a member of the 'My Step' parliamentary faction, addressed LHK leader Edmond Marukyan, urging him to consider this when presenting any proposals on granting certain privileges or increasing benefits.

Previously, Tunyan accused Marukyan's faction of populism, to which Marukyan responded with calls for sobriety and order. This time, Tunyan retorted that such calls were misplaced.

“I urge you to refrain from crossing the boundaries of decency, and the only person who can call me to sober up is my father. You have no right to make such calls to me. Otherwise, believe me, there is much that can be said to you,” Tunyan said.

Moreover, the discussion was on a completely different topic, but during the exchange of thoughts, the parliamentarians kept an eye on each other, and when Tunyan was up for his speech, Marukyan also took the floor.
