Arsen Torosyan's Wife Sends Unprecedented Letter to Her Husband
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the issue of distributing state budget funds for healthcare has been raised so frequently, particularly regarding the increase of state funding allocated to Arsen Torosyan's wife’s organization, the "MIBS" center, that the center's director, Vardanush Tevanian, has sent a letter to the Ministry of Health requesting that no additional funds be allocated to "MIBS" LLC when redistributing the state budget funds.
This is probably an unprecedented letter, where instead of asking for money, they are actually asking not to receive any. It seems that if such a letter hadn't been sent, additional funds would have been allocated anyway. Meanwhile, other healthcare institutions are complaining about the lack of funds and the fact that the state budget funds have run out before the end of the year.
