I Have Never Worked for Any Mining Company: Eric Grigoryan

I have never worked for any mining company in my life, despite receiving many offers in the last 10 years with great opportunities and salaries.  This was stated by the Minister of Environment Eric Grigoryan during a conversation with reporters after today’s government meeting.

“Years ago, I worked for a British consulting company, one of the best consulting firms in the world, operating in about 80 countries. In their analyses, there were also assessments I made for ‘Lydian’, for Zangezur, for Agarak. But I have never had any obligations in any way. That was during 2014-2015, and during 2011-2017, I was not in the public sector; I was an international expert and also worked with the World Bank,” he said.
