The Level of Protection for Police Officers in Armenia Must Increase: Prime Minister

I extend my condolences to the relatives, friends, and loved ones of the police officer who was killed today, Senior Officer Tigran Arakelyan. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a post on his Facebook page.

"The level of protection for police officers in Armenia must increase in such a way that it not only enhances the police officers' protection but also the protection of citizens. Tigran Arakelyan will be awarded a state honor for his selfless service, and criminals will receive the punishment they deserve," he wrote.
