Police Officers Killed and Wounded Honored by Arman Sargsyan's Orders

Under the orders of the Acting Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, police officer Tigran Arakelyan from the Arabkir Protection Division of the State Protection Department has been posthumously awarded the "Medal for Valor" for showing selflessness and heroism while performing his official duties under life-threatening conditions.

This was reported by the Public Relations and Information Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

In another order from the Acting Chief of Police, a junior sergeant from the same squad, who was wounded while performing his official duties, has been awarded the "Badge of Excellence in Police Service."
