Official Dinner Held in Honor of Georgian Prime Minister
On behalf of Prime Minister Pashinyan, an official dinner was held in honor of Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia today, October 15. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister's office.
As previously reported, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan invited Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia to visit Armenia officially on October 15.
During his visit, Giorgi Gakharia also met with the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian and His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
The Prime Minister of Georgia also visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to pay tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
Gakharia assumed the office of Prime Minister of Georgia at the beginning of September. Prior to that, he had visited Armenia twice: in 2017 as the Minister of Energy and in 2018 as the Minister of Internal Affairs.
