Sanitek Initiates Process to Appeal to International Arbitration Court
Sanitek has initiated the process to appeal to the international arbitration court. This was announced by the Sanitek company.
As the first step in this process, the company’s shareholder, Nicolas El Tavil, acting on behalf of other shareholders as well, has today notified the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Yerevan City Hall about the existence of an investment dispute.
