Nikol Pashinyan Meets with U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone. This was reported by the Press Office of the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister welcomed the congressman's visit to Armenia and Artsakh and expressed confidence that this visit will further strengthen Mr. Pallone's connection with the Armenian people.

The head of government highly appreciated the congressman's efforts in developing Armenian-American relations and in raising awareness about Armenian issues.

Pashinyan also referenced his recent visit to California and expressed confidence that it will give new momentum to expanding cooperation between Armenia and one of the largest states in the U.S. across various sectors.

Congressman Pallone noted that he is impressed by the peaceful Velvet Revolution that took place in Armenia and the ongoing democratic processes in the country. He emphasized that he will continue to make active efforts to give new impetus to relations between the two countries and to support Armenia and the Armenian people through his activities.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the ambitious reform agenda of the Armenian government, the cooperation with the U.S. government in its implementation, as well as the developments in the region.
