Armenians Do Not Cut Off People's Heads: Marukyan Responds to Azerbaijani Delegate at PACE

"Armenians do not cut off people's heads, and you are not the ones who should speak about terrorism." This was stated by Armenian National Assembly member Edmon Marukyan while responding to an Azerbaijani delegate at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), who attributed certain terrorist acts to Armenia.
