Such high-level meetings are not spontaneous: Levon Kocharyan

Levon Kocharyan, the younger son of Robert Kocharyan, commented today in an interview with "Hraparak" about the meeting between his mother, Bella Kocharyan, and Vladimir Putin.

However, the younger Kocharyan was not generous with his answers.
