The Strategic Nature of Armenian-Russian Relations is Rooted in Our Peoples' Centuries-Old History: Putin
The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, emphasizes the strategic nature of Armenian-Russian relations. According to "Armenpress," the Russian president made these remarks during a bilateral meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan.
"I want to highlight the strategic nature of Armenian-Russian relations. They are rooted not only in the last few years or decades but in the centuries-old history of our peoples," said Putin.
The Russian president congratulated the Armenian Prime Minister on the results of the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Union Supreme Council held in Yerevan.
"These outcomes are indeed positive, particularly in terms of developing connections with our partner countries. And, no less importantly, perhaps most crucial for us, all agreements between the member countries have been implemented within the framework of the organization. You are the person who has made the utmost efforts for such effective work. For this, I not only congratulate you but also wish to express my gratitude," concluded Vladimir Putin.
