Weightlifting Team to Arrive in Yerevan One Day Late

We have just learned that our weightlifters have arrived in Kyiv from Patayaya with a slight delay and will not be able to return to the homeland today. The team will return to Armenia on the first available flight.
Regarding the arrival time, we will provide additional information.

This was stated by Gevorg Loretsyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, on his Facebook page. According to preliminary data, our weightlifters were scheduled to arrive at 23:30. The Armenian National Olympic Committee reports that our weightlifters will return to the homeland on October 1st at 02:50 via a flight from Istanbul to Yerevan.
