Serzh Sargsyan Toasts to the Current Authorities
The newspaper 'Irates' reports: It is said that a directive at the highest level from the authorities was issued to 'take note' of Serzh Sargsyan's message on Independence Day. The changing ranking of Sargsyan is seriously worrying the authorities, which, unlike their threats to subdue clergymen, are organizing pilgrimages to churches by the members of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).
During a visit to Lori, clergy leader Bishop Sepuh also participated in a lunch with RPA members. It is reported that Sargsyan made several toasts dedicated to Armenia, Artsakh, the army, freedom fighters, and heroes, including Robert Kocharyan. 'I wish everything to be well for Armenia. By Armenia, I mean not only the country and its people but also the current authorities,' noted the president, surprising several Republicans. 'Do not be surprised,' Sargsyan reportedly said.
