At around 6:50 AM, four unidentified individuals, one of whom was masked, approached Gagik S., a resident of house number 5 on Zoravar Andranik 1st lane in Vanadzor city. At that moment, he was attempting to start the engine of his Oepl brand vehicle, and through the application of non-violent force, they stole $30,000 that he had on him.
