The Color of Kasakh River Water Has Turned an Odd Yellow and Is Foaming
According to the press service of the Armenian Environmental Front, the water of the Kasakh River has turned an odd yellow and is foaming for the past three days. This is occurring in the Ashtarak area.
Fish from the river and local fish farms are dying. It is suspected that the turbines of the hydropower plants above the river have been cleaned and released their contents into the river.
