Director of Gyumri Branch of Conservatory Embezzles Funds (Video)

The Shirak Regional Investigative Department has initiated a criminal case, revealing that the director of the Gyumri branch of the 'Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory,' who also serves as the president of the 'Revival International Competition Festival' NGO, has embezzled funds by deceit from several individuals with the aim of sending them to the USA.

On September 20, Karine Avdalyan was charged. Law enforcement officials have credible information that other individuals have also been harmed by her actions and can report to the Kumayri police department or call 1-02.
