Arsen Torosyan Visits Lieutenant Colonel Ara Mikayelyan
The Minister of Health of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "I just visited Lieutenant Colonel Ara Mikayelyan, who sustained injuries during the incident in Vayots Dzor about a week ago. His condition remains extremely serious, and the doctors are fighting for his life and health. I wish him health and strength to his relatives."
