Armen Avetisyan's 'Golden Palace' Hotel Transferred to the State
The government, during its meeting today on September 26, transferred the 'Golden Palace' hotel in Tsakhkadzor as a gift to the Republic of Armenia.
Minister Suren Papikyan stated that the market value of the hotel is 7 billion 535 million 889 thousand Armenian drams, with a building area of 19,758 square meters and a land area of 1.38 hectares.
