Kocharian Condoles the Family of Haik Harutyunyan
The second President Robert Kocharian has sent a condolence message to the family of former Chief of Police, General Haik Artemi Harutyunyan.
«Expressing his sincere condolences on the tragic passing of a prominent figure in Armenia's law enforcement system, President Kocharian wishes the Harutyunyan family patience to endure the heavy loss of their loved one,» the office of the second president of Armenia informs.
