Nuard Vardanyan, a member of the ‘My Step’ faction in the Yerevan City Council, wrote on his Facebook page: “This is not the 90s for you, where you can kill someone near a doorway and cover up your eaten beets. As a child of the 90s, who grew up in that horror, I will not allow my cousin and other children to experience this. If necessary, I will chew off all your ears one by one.”
